I was asked yesterday what do I and my business stand for. Not the generic answers that a person hears from every fitness option in town: to help people lose weight, nutrition advice and meal plans, and accountability.
Or buzz words like functional fitness, cross training, heart rate zone training, or metabolism this or that.
When I sat down and really examined what I do and provide I came up with…

All my Body By Brady Workout Warriors get my personal commitment to their success. We are always adding and improving the program to adjust to our clients and their success. We are about finding solutions and giving you the tools to be successful. All my clients have access to my cell phone and I am there to answer any and all questions. If you fail as a client, I fail as a trainer and it is my commitment to not let that happen.
