When you call a facility looking for somewhere new to begin your fitness journey, most people first ask, “how much is it?”, not realizing this is probably the worst question to ask.

If you’re looking just at price, make sure you are comparing apples to apples and understand what the value of each provides. There are vast differences between classes at the gym, bootcamps, large group workout facilities, and personal training.
What are you going to be getting for x amount? What are your goals and does the program provide you the tools to accomplish those goals?
Are you wanting to be in a group of 20-40 others?
That’s what many classes and bootcamps provide. At Body By Brady we offer semi-private training where you max out at 4-5 people in a session. Meaning more one on one attention with a certified trainer to make sure you are using proper form, more accountability and motivation throughout the workout instead of being one in a sea of people, and more importantly able to modify the workout for any past injury issue or fitness goal.

This means that through our ambassadors and trainers you are never alone.
So remember you get what you pay for. You can choose an option that maybe “cheap” but lots of times that turns into a nice donation and you don’t see results because there is no skin in the game.
